THIS is the CD is from last year's US Family Values Tour.
It's the third in the series of releases from this metal "juggernaut", and encompasses some of the more exceptional nu bands.
The measly 12 tracks (what was adequate on vinyl doesn't look like much on a CD) thankfully make up in quality what they lack in quantity.
Stone Temple Pilots' (Vasoline, Wonderful, Wicked Gardens and Creep) more traditional rock and Linkin Park's (Runaway and One Step Closer) early nu-metal stand out, as you would expect.
Staind are good too, with Fade and It's Been Awhile. Static-X and Deadsy don't fit in with the others, as they are too heavy - but their presence lends the album diversity.
