IN response to your articles on ghosts, I lived at the Golden Fleece with my parents (Harry and Phyllis Scrivener) and my brother and sister from the age of ten in the early 1950s until I married.
Although the pub was supposed to be haunted, we never saw or heard anything out of the ordinary. Perhaps they are now just appearing to entertain the tourists.
