Osbaldwick's return to Leeper Hare York and District League Reserve 'A' turned sour as they threw away a two-goal lead in the last ten minutes to go down 4-3 at South Bank.

Mark Crangle scored in the first half for Osbaldwick, with Nick Shaw equalising. A further goal from Crangle and one by Paul Adamson looked to have earned Osbaldwick the win until goals from Shaw, Darryl Strickland and Adam Cook turned the game around.

Huntington could not turn chances into goals at Pocklington and lost 1-0 to an 85th-minute strike by Aidan Morrell.

New Earswick drew 1-1 with Malton Bacon Factory, both goals coming in the second half. Steve Richardson put Earswick ahead and John Huberry equalised.

Dringhouses won 3-1 at Old Malton. Wayne Carter scored for Dringhouses after six minutes. Alan Smith made it 2-0 ten minutes before half-time and Jimmy Scott made it 3-0 in the 80th-minute. Old Malton responded with a goal from Paul Milner.

A useful looking Kartiers side won 3-1 at Dunnington, whose scorer was Rob Harte.

Wigginton Black Horse romped to a 5-1 Reserve 'B' win over Stamford Bridge with goals from Neil Newton, Andy Richardson, James Wood, Gareth Wood and Neil Clark. Martin Smith scored from the penalty spot for Stamford Bridge.

Heslington's John Hughes scored with two long-range efforts in the second half at Riccall. Matthew Wood pulled one back with ten minutes remaining.

Dave Bailey scored in the last minute to give Poppleton a 1-0 win over Barmby Moor.

Nestle Rowntree won 6-2 at home to Wilberfoss in their first game in Reserve 'C', but Andy Sutcliffe gave the visitors the lead before Richard Blake equalised with a header from a corner. Danny Sellars and Robert Blake then made it 3-1 to Rowntree before half-time.

Richard Blake netted his second after the restart and Will Nevianni weighed in with two more before the end. Dave Pearson responded with the second goal for Wilberfoss.

Heworth, who could muster only eight men, lost 5-1 at home to Wheldrake. Ian Wilkinson scored for Heworth.

Newcomers Thorpe United thrashed Fulford 8-0 with hat-tricks from Adam Garner and Barry Martland and one goal each by John Meredith and Paul Mills.
