I AGREE wholeheartedly with the article by Deborah Rollinson about asking for ID when answering the door.
But during the last four weeks I have requested ID from four professional people, only to be told they either haven't any or have forgotten them.
It's up to firms and businesses to make sure personnel are issued with some form of identification.
