OUTDOOR types at Armstrong Massey Land Rover, at Bilbrough, have won through to the national final of Land Rover's gruelling TReK Challenge.
Three members of staff will hope to be victorious at the climax of a demanding outdoor competition when they challenge regional winners at Gaydon, Warwickshire, next month.
Tracy Ross, Simon Brockless and Pete Brown will compete in a challenge which tests the fitness and skills of teams with off-road driving, orienteering and their knowledge of Land Rover products.
Simon said: "We're all passionate about Land Rover, and TReK gives us the opportunity to get out and show people how passionate we can be!
"It's fantastic to be through to the finals and we'll be training even harder now that the UK championship title is in our sights."
