THE man killed in a road crash at a notorious North Yorkshire accident blackspot was named by police today.
He was Charles Michael Craig, 50, of Pineview Road, Columbia, South Carolina, USA.
Mr Craig died instantly when the Vauxhall Vectra he was driving collided with a Volvo lorry at Barton Hill, six miles south west of Malton.
The crash happened at about 2.20pm on Wednesday.
