FANS' favourite Jon McCarthy is to pull on the York City shirt once more when he turns out for the reserves for their trip to Hull City.
Northern Ireland international McCarthy, who only teamed up with the Minstermen again on Monday, has looked bright in training and after a season devoid of regular action he is keen to get back to the fray.
The 32-year-old heads a strong reserve team for the trip to Hull.
Christian Fox and Richard Cooper both return to action, with the pair set to play 45 minutes each as they continue their rehabilitation from injuries.
Brazilian Rogerio is also named in the squad along with Levent Yalcin, Alex Mathie and Russ Howarth, who were all part of the first team squad last night.
York City reserves: Howarth, Law, O'Kane, Okoli, Wise, McCarthy, Stewart, Coad, Fox, Rogerio, Mathie. Subs: Collinson, Cooper, McCabe, McKenzie, Yalcin.
