YORK FA Saturday Junior Cup holders Barmby Moor continued their defence by beating Rufforth United Reserves 6-2 in the second round.
Two goals each from Tom Rastall and substitutes Tom Gibson and Paul Tatterton settled the tie.
Heslington met their own reserves side and were given a real shock with the game going into extra time before the first team won 4-2 with goals from Danny Walters (3) and Paul Clark.
Simon Musgrave and Ray Meehan netted for the reserves.
Danny Horsefield scored the only goal after 15 minutes as Ouseburn & Hammerton defeated the finalists for the last two seasons, Stamford Bridge.
Hemingbrough Reserves were no match for Elvington Harriers who ran out 5-2 winners with goals from John Rogerson (2), Richard Walshaw, Tom Hovington and Paul Culkin from the penalty spot.
Graham Wigley and Paul Broad-bent both hit hat-tricks as Bishop-thorpe crushed Hazlewood 6-0.
