It was a nice sunny morning on Monday, so took my daughter to York on the Park & Ride. We parked at the Rawcliffe car park.
I was alarmed while we waited for the bus, because the unpleasant smell was... very unpleasant!
When we returned to the car later the smell was unbearable.
What must visitors to York think when they arrive, being met by the most awful of odours?. If I were a visitor I would think about leaving again.
This is not the first time I've experienced this horrid pong when I've parked the car.
What is worse is that the Park & Ride is combined with a country park! I can't think of anyone who would spend time in a country park with such unusual extras. My daughter commented on the stench. She was right!
