THE final Leeper Hare York and District Football League representative trial game will be held next Tuesday when they tackle Yorkshire Old Boys at York RI's New Lane ground (7.30pm).
Manager Bill Pearce will then have the task of choosing his squad to face the Scarborough and District league side for the Ernie Fairclough Trophy. That match will be played in February and the York League are hoping that York City's Bootham Crescent ground will be available.
In the build up to the Fairclough match, Pearce will have fielded 58 different players from 15 teams in a variety of trial games.
