FIRE crews were called to Nestl Rowntree today after a small blaze broke out at the York chocolate factory.
Three fire engines and a turntable ladder went to the Wigginton Road plant following reports of a fire in an extractor plant in the cocoa roasting department.
A Nestl spokeswoman said the fire had been contained and the fire brigade had been called in to assist and extinguish it.
