THE BBC have made a huge mistake forcing 81-year-old Sir Jimmy Young to retire as presenter of their Radio 2 Jimmy Young Programme every weekday from noon until 2pm.
None of the many "temps" have done the job as well as Jim and Jeremy Vine as his full-time replacement is just too awful to contemplate.
