Arriva Yorkshire is launching two new leaflets which will focus on disabled facilities on the buses.
The leaflets, which will be available to bus drivers and wheelchair users, will explain what types of buses accommodate wheelchairs and what sort of wheelchairs can be accommodated.
Colin Newbury, the bus company's commercial development manager, said: "We take disability and mobility issues very seriously.
"The next logical step is to ensure that information both for, and about, the needs of disabled customers is clear and widely available."
Customer information leaflets will be available from local travel centres and will be distributed to disability groups throughout the county.
