TWO men have been released without charge after being arrested close to Leeds-Bradford airport.

The men, aged 25 and 26, were detained under the Terrorism Act by officers at about 7pm on Thursday.

The men were released last night and reported for offences in relation to a vehicle.

The pair were arrested after being found acting suspiciously close to the airport fence.

Police arrested the men in Plane Tree Grove and examined a Vauxhall Cavalier found nearby.

A West Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said today: "Both men have now been released from custody without charge and have been reported for offences in connection with the vehicle."
