BRIDES and grooms-to-be had the chance to check out a wealth of wedding wares at a special event in Pickering.
Twenty of the area's top wedding specialists came together for the Gazette & Herald wedding fair at the impressive Forest & Vale Hotel yesterday.
The event saw the latest nuptial fashions paraded on the catwalk, while a range of stands offered everything from cakes and cars to cosmetics and cards.
The first 50 visitors were handed gift-packed goodie bags, which contained products from Little Balloon Company, Guinot, Lush, Ryedale Travel, Malton Pharmacy, Health and Beauty, and Chocolart.
