A £2.5 million deal has been completed by Harrogate-based ukforks, a division of national plant hire company Vp plc, to bring to the UK the first hire fleet of Italian-made Dieci telehandlers.
Many of the telehandlers - for lifting high loads on construction sites - are already in use on house building and commercial construction sites throughout North Yorkshire.
