POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a hit-and-run crash at Norton.
A green Vauxhall Astra was struck by a white hatchback, possibly a Vauxhall Nova, in Church Street, at the junction with Welham Road.
A police spokesman said the hatchback did not stop and it is believed to have made off through a car park to Nicholas Street. The vehicle will have damage to its front offside headlamp.
No one was injured in the accident.
