POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man allegedly exposed himself to young girls in York.
The incident happened in Water Lane, Clifton, at about 6pm on Sunday.
Police want to hear from anyone who was in the area and saw anything.
They are particularly keen to trace two youths who rode past on bicycles at the time. They were said to be aged between 15 and 20.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of "outraging public decency" and has been questioned by officers.
