A NORTH Yorkshire beauty salon has received a prize for outstanding achievement.
Karen Elizabeth Beauty of Spring Street, Easingwold, was named salon of the year for the north of England by treatment suppliers Collin UK.
The company was last year given the top regional salon award, and has twice been named a premier salon.
But this year Karen Furnass's salon scooped the top prize.
Owner Karen said: "I have used their range for ten years here in Easingwold, we have grown with the company, and they have now recognised the outstanding progress we have made at the salon."
The company is holding a special promotion on May 12-14.
Most of the money raised will go to Crayke School.
