York Tennis Club followed up their opening win over the strong Ilkley team with a 6-3 victory against Sandal in a Yorkshire League first division match at Clifton Park.
Once again top pairing Steve Smith and Andy Cooke led the way with three wins and they were well backed up by second pair Peter Goodall and Gareth Adams, who also won three.
