I ATTENDED Ken Dodd's Happiness Show at the Grand Opera House, York, with a party of three others on June 2.
The show we found very enjoyable but due to the lack of customer comfort, ie no air conditioning, we had to cut our evening short.
Despite having written to York Opera House twice to express our displeasure, an acknowledgement has not even been received. I have now also written to Ken Dodd Shows to advise them of our discomfort and suggest that they find an alternative venue for their future shows.
