THE toll of motorcyclists' lives is very sad, and now the police are asking other road users to "Think Bike".

But, when a motorcyclist decides to open up his, or her, machine in a built-up area or narrow country lane, they should be thinking what may be on the other side of a blind bend, or what if a child steps out in front, will he or she be able to stop in time?

It's not just other road users who should "Think Bike", it is also the bikers themselves.
