SCARBOROUGH have snapped up midfielder Jimmy Kelly from Chester City in a month long loan deal - with a view to a permanent move for the ex-Wolves and Wrexham playmaker.
Kelly and City manager Mark Wright had a much-publicised fall-out at the end of last season since when the player has found himself sidelined.
Boro boss Russ Slade has an urgent need for a quality midfield man with Jacques Williams, Keith Gilroy, Scott Kerr and David Pounder all missing through injury.
Kelly went straight into the side to face Gravesend at the McCain Stadium.
