OVER the past ten years I have attended many departments of York Hospital, both as an in-patient and out-patient, and have been treated with kindness, respect and thoughtfulness by all staff.
Similarly, I have attended Heworth Green Surgery frequently and the doctors and staff have always been helpful, kind and caring.
I would like to thank everyone who has played a part in improving my quality of life.
Hospital and medical staff are always under such pressure and I have never experienced an occasion when I have not felt that they have the time to take great care of me as an individual.
