WHY were two front pages of our wonderful Evening Press (October 11 and 13) given over to Craig Holt (landlord of the Five Lions, Walmgate) and his wife and friends, describing their illegal and stupid decision to fly out to Turkey to watch the England game?
England fans had been told to stay away by the FA and England manager, and their actions jeopardised future English games. I was disgusted by their actions, and hope others share my views. I will certainly not be visiting the Five Lions public house ever.
