MUCH is being made about caesarean sections. In your article on April 29 under the headline 'Birth Rights', you show a picture of Adrian Evans with an endoscope.
He appears to have a look of wonderment as he gazes at it producing a globe of light!
What was the relevance of such a photo? Have I missed something - is this how caesareans are performed these days?
