DANIEL Jaques jetted in from Ibiza to help Coxwold win the first-ever RJF Homes Beckett league Division Two League Cup final.
They beat Heslerton Reserves 3-1 at Kirkbymoorside with Jaques, who is working in Ibiza on a six-month contract, netting the third goal.
It was sweet revenge for Coxwold who had lost twice to Heslerton in the league season.
All the goals came in the second half, Heslerton taking the lead on 52 minutes when Ashley Cooke netted from 12 yards.
Coxwold equalised on the hour when Nick Bell headed in to his own net and six minutes later James Dickens put Coxwold in front and they sealed their win when Jaques, who returned back to the Balearics yesterday, scored.
