Beware the Godolphin team on the final days' action on Knavesmire tomorrow.

Owner Sheikh Mohammed, trainer Saeed Bin Suroor and jockey Frankie Dettori, on the mark yesterday with Punctilious in the Musidora Stakes, can complete a successful raid tomorrow at a meeting where they have more than a 40 per cent strike-rate over the last five years.

Highest is the big Godolphin hope in the Emirates Airline Yorkshire Cup, a race the same team have won in four of the last five years, including with Mamool 12 months ago.

Runner-up to Bollin Eric in the 2002 St Leger, Highest has been largely campaigned since at a mile-and-a-half, and was beaten only half-a-length by Warrsan in last season's Coronation Cup.

Tomorrow's step up to one and three-quarter miles should suit Highest, who is fancied to have the measure of Mr Dinos, last year's Ascot Gold Cup winner, and Alcazar, who made a successful reappearance at Nottingham last month.

The £30,000 Michael Seely Memorial Glasgow Stakes has cut up to just four runners, the pick of which could well be Go For Gold.

The chosen representative from the Aidan O'Brien stable, Go For Gold won his only race last season and is a colt with the potential to make a big name for himself this year. Jamie Spencer has the mount.

In the Sharp Minds Betfair Rated Handicap, the vote goes to Shahzan House, trained by the in-form Michael Jarvis, who made a fine return to action at Epsom three weeks ago when finishing third to Blythe Knight.

Likely to have benefited from that outing, the lightly-raced Shahzan House, a dual-winner, goes well with some cut in the ground and should find conditions at York tailor-made.

Paul Cole sent out a two-year-old winner here yesterday and the trainer is expected to double up with Deputy Of Wood in the Constant Security Maiden Fillies' Stakes.

The mount of Kieren Fallon, Deputy Of Wood has been showing plenty of promise at home and is expected to make a successful debut.

Chappel Cresent, a fluent winner at Chester last week, is selected to defy a small penalty in the opening Langleys Solicitors Rated Handicap, while nap selection Dallool makes plenty of appeal in the Swisscom Eurospot Handicap.

Although there was no great merit in his recent success at Haydock, in which he broke his maiden, Dallool, a most imposing individual, has the size and scope to develop into a pretty smart stayer. Despite lacking in experience, he is fancied to land this prize before stepping up to better things.

Thursday's tips:
