FOUR golfers have qualified for places in an Audi Quattro Cup UK Regional Final golf tournament - a prestigious worldwide event for amateur golfers.
Mark Powell from Wetherby, Haxby's David Bennett, Andrew Jeffries from South Bank, and Selby's Stewart Green, enjoyed success in The Oaks GC's event.
Powell won with a stableford score of 39 with Bennett, Jeffries and Green on 38, 37 and 37 respectively. Powell will now team-up with Bennett, while Jeffries plays with Green in the regional final at the Marriott Hollins Hall GC in Shipley, near Bradford, on July 27.
