I HOPE the powers-that-be will have noticed many people were late arriving at York Races on Saturday because of severe traffic congestion.
Bedlam and mayhem looms for Royal Ascot at York next year. It looks like a problem that will prove to be insoluble.
There won't even be room for a helicopter to land in the centre of Knavesmire. I am thinking seriously of taking parachute lessons because there won't even be room to pitch my tent.
