WOULD City of York Council be so good as to spend some of its parking fees revenue on pruning the trees along Shipton Road?
They are constantly encouraging us to walk rather than drive and with this I have no problem, except I'm sick of almost having my eyes poked out by tree branches overhanging the footpath.
This is especially bad on the south side of Shipton Road from Northolme Drive to the rugby club.
You are only a branch away from being sued for injuries.
