ANOTHER York resident standing up to the aggressors is Iona Edwards.
She has taken the brave decision to speak about her terrifying experience at the hands of a knife-wielding mugger.
Returning to the scene of her ordeal in Marygate Lane, she spoke of her fear and anger at being robbed in her own city.
Only the most wretched sort of coward threatens a lone woman.
We salute her courage and hope that by speaking up she helps to bring the attacker to justice.
