Easingwold followed their premier division celebrations of the previous weekend with another triumph when their second team clinched the division four title.

Alan Robinson, the division's leading wicket-taker, took 4-29 as bottom-placed Whitkirk were out for 64.

Gary Saunders, whose average is twice that of his nearest rival, then made 41no as Easingwold took gold with an eight-wicket win.

Londesbrough Park confirmed their promotion as runners-up when they won by 106 runs at Civil Service after enterprising batting had seen them to 236-7. Service's Ali Raper took 6-90 but they could not stem the flow of runs as John Williamson made 61, Sam Dodd 41, Ian Hodson 49 and Chris Barlow 26.

Mark Tissiman then took 6-20 as the home side were dismissed for 128.

Selby, long-time divisional leaders, missed promotion after they lost at Huby.

Teenager Matt Hoyle made his first century with 106no and the Selby skipper to declare at 211-3 in a bid to gain the full 30 points. But his bowlers succumbed to fine batting by Dave Patmore (96), Darren Howell (50) and Wayne Howell (39) as Huby won by seven wickets.

Osbaldwick reached safety with a ten-wicket win over a weak Hornsea side, who mustered only 55. Peter Machin took 4-8 in 16 overs. Osbaldwick's win negated Sheriff Hutton Bridge's win at Pocklington and doomed the Moor Farm side to relegation.
