SUPPOSEDLY in this caring society, where money, greed and prestige seem to be the order of the day, charitable institutions and the like take second place.
May I remind the bureaucrats and their officials to spare a thought for those less fortunate in our societ? You may need their help one day.
The countless number of volunteers give of their own free time with no remuneration to themselves raising much-needed funds.
Volunteers are hard to come by in this day and age and diminishing by the day.
They require mobility and the use of their own transport to help those in need at any given moment and they should be allowed dispensation from parking fees.
