THE news that the Government has effectively given the go ahead for the US administration to build interceptor/Star Wars missiles on the North Yorkshire Moors is very worrying (October 18).
If it goes ahead it will make the county even more of a target. I think we need more debate about this.
Hopefully peaceful protesting will stop this from happening. Britain is not the 51st state of America, but it looks like it.
