NATIONWIDE Conference top scorer Guiliano Grazioli has recovered from illness and injury and is fit to face York City tomorrow.

Grazioli, 29, has missed the last two matches for table-topping Barnet because of a minor knock and a cold but is available again for the Underhill clash.

The Bees have plundered eight goals in Grazioli's absence - five against Dagenham and three at title rivals Carlisle - but the former Peterborough and Stevenage striker is still expected to earn a recall to the starting line-up having netted 11 times in 11 games this season.

He has already bagged braces against Forest Green, Morecambe and Woking after scoring 26 goals in 2003/2004 following his switch from League Two outfit Bristol Rovers.

Regular reserve striker Lee Roache has been deputising for Grazioli, but he is likely to make way with Ben Strevens - a natural midfielder - carrying on in attack.

Barnet will still be without forward Liam Hatch because of a dislocated elbow but otherwise the Bees have a fully-fit squad to choose from and former top-flight Queens Park Rangers defender Danny Maddix is expected to remain on the bench.

The North London club have won their last three Conference matches and are now six points clear at the top.

Only Burton Albion - on the day after the death of the legendary Brian Clough, with Albion's ranks led by his son Nigel as player-manager - have beaten the Bees at Underhill this season and Woking are the only other side to take a point after a 2-2 draw.

The home side normally prefer to kick down the famous slope at their ground in the second half so City skipper Darren Dunning's call of heads or tails at 2.55pm tomorrow could be more crucial than normal.
