I READ with dismay your article "Sixth Park & Ride site to be chosen" (November 3). Once again the council's officers appear to be determined to ignore the views of those most affected.
The people of Poppleton, at the ward consultation meeting in May, voted almost unanimously for the Park & Ride site to be located outside the ring road and in favour of the Northminster business park site. Yet once again the site inside the ring road is being promoted, despite the traffic chaos caused daily at the Rawcliffe Park & Ride.
Do they never learn?
