ALTHOUGH I am not a customer of any of the Park & Ride services, I was surprised to read David Walkden's complaints of mis-management.
In general, the normal First bus services through Haxby are excellent, with courteous drivers (Letters, November 6).
That said, First Group would do well to take note of David's remarks. He is a retired senior manager who knows what he is about.
