THE extraordinary walk out of Labour councillors, led by Coun Horton, from a properly constituted and run council meeting prompts one further question.
Who now leads the Labour group in York? If Coun Merrett is happy to meekly follow Coun Horton out of the chamber, can we anticipate a formal hand-over of the Labour leadership soon?
