WELCOME to the Forward Ladies of York.
Businesswomen gathered at the city centre branch of HSBC for the York launch of one of the fastest growing women's networking groups in the region - Forward Ladies.
With support from Yorkshire Forward, the regional development agency, Forward Ladies, a not-for-profit organisation, now has more than 500 members, drawn from businesswomen of all ages and walks of life, who meet regularly across the region.
Etta Cohen, Yorkshire Forward's business relationship manager, said: "We are constantly amazed by the enthusiastic reception Forward Ladies receives as we expand. The group aims to provide a friendly and supportive environment, where professional women from a diverse range of backgrounds and careers can meet."
