I've had this great idea to save money on parking in York. I 'acquire' an old car for about £50, making sure my details don't get sent to the DVLC, run it around York for a few months happily collecting parking tickets and then, this is the clever bit, I dump it on a York car park and City of York Council will dispose of it for me free, gratis and for nothing.
Oops, I think someone's beaten me to it!
