Ryan Boyd led the way with five goals in the first round clash. Simon Reeves and Edward Marwood both hit hat-tricks and Andrew Phillips bagged a brace. The other marksmen were Jak Ramsey, Danny Harvey, Matty Shipley and Ben Wainwright.
Eight-goal Alistair Cope helped Ulleskelf to a 10-0 triumph over Real Cliffe with Andy Wheatley netting twice.
Dunnington were 7-0 winners over Strensall thanks to Tom Connell (5), Richard Thorpe and Jacob Hall.
Ben Durrant (2), Tom Metcalfe (2) and Tom Derbyshire were the marksmen as Wigginton Grasshoppers knocked out neighbours New Earswick.
Thorpe United progressed after an 8-0 win at Tadcaster Albion with Ryan Poppitt (4), Ben Yorke (2), Lawrence Murphy and Ryan McEvoy on target.
Alex Brinton and Tommy Medd scored as Hamilton Panthers beat Copmanthorpe 2-1. Matt Baker replied with Copmanthorpe's consolation.
Bishopthorpe White Rose overcame Easingwold Town 'A' 4-0 with Adam Thornton (2), Stevie Hood and an own goal completing the scoreheet.
