I suggest that instead of watching cyclists on paths, A Logan pays attention to the job in hand while driving his car - which is not killing other road users including car drivers, cyclists and pedestrians.
The reason people cycle on the paths is because of people such as him. No they shouldn't do it and not everyone does.
It is the same as not every driver parks on pavements, drives in the cycle lane, only gives cyclists three inches of room, drives three inches from the car in front, fails to bother with tax, insurance or MoT, or pushes their pram into the road before looking to see if it is clear.
