EBOR'S Mark Hartley-Tony Raymond included 26 and 27-dart legs on their way to qualifying for the York Cygnet-Phoenix League Paris competition semi-finals.
After knocking out Crescent's Dave and Ken Smith 2-0, the Hartley-Raymond axis eliminated Neil Fairclough-Iain Smith (Crescent) also by a 2-0 scoreline.
In the board final they defeated Hospital Social Club's Mike Kearney-John Callard with a 2-1 result.
Sun's Kev Walton-Jon O'Mara were in superb form to qualify by recording legs of 19 and 23 to defeat Cygnet 'A's Pete Leake-Dave Mason, who also closed in 23 darts.
Walton-O'Mara took out Locomotive's Col Rowntree-Paul White in the final after putting out Phil Good-Pip Hair (Huntington WMC) with a brace of 23-darters.
Joining Walton-O'Mara are Sun colleagues Chris Thompson-Tony Cooper, who defeated Clifton's Neil Hart-John Holmes 2-0 in the board final.
Thompson-Cooper didn't drop a leg with wins against Shepherd's pairings of Paul Botterill-Mark Jones, then Heath Scaife-Mick Willsden.
Also doing well in this block of competitors were Acomb's Mike Harris (180) and Stu Morton (119 finish).
The remaining semi-final qualifiers are Nick Harteveld-John Smith (Huntington WMC), who won the board final 2-0 against Paul Cooper-Ian Hartley (Cygnet 'B') with Harteveld closing on 90.
Harteveld-Smith took out last season's finalists Paul and Sean Robinson (Edinburgh) and then recorded a 2-0 scoreline against Slipper's Paul Partridge-Bertie Bingham.
To qualify for the board final, the club pairing put out Ebor's Paul Armstrong-Arthur Conyers (180), and saw Smith notch a maximum on their way to a 2-1 victory.
