IF Mrs Collins is a regular reader of the Evening Press (Soapbox, February 26), she must have read about all the good Terry Smith - the man who offered to pay another driver's parking fine - has done for the community, especially disabled people.
Big-hearted Terry is always first to step in and help raise money for the less advantaged.
Although I don't know Terry I see his car most days parked outside his business causing no intrusion whatsoever to pedestrians or traffic. Give him a break Mrs Collins, he deserves admiration not condemnation.
