THANKS to all those who attended a fund-raising concert at Clifton Church on Friday, March 11.
The Shepherd Building Group Concert Band and York Ladies' Barbershop Chorus provided the entertainment and the concert raised £976 for the Friends of York Hospitals (FYH).
We also thank all those who give donations to the tin-shakers who stand in York Hospital every Wednesday evening.
The money we raise is used to buy equipment for York Hospitals.
The new Sensory Room in the children's ward ('Let there be light', March 15) is one of many projects FYH have funded.
