WHAT a waste of our hard-earned taxes, sending Alan Crosby, the graffiti yob, to prison.
When will magistrates and judges use a bit of common sense? Instead of this soft option give him a scrubbing brush and some paint remover and make him clean up all the mess he has made. He should do this for the same wages he got when he was doing it: nothing!
Our prisons would be less overcrowded if the only people put in there were those who were a danger to society, making the punishment fit the crime in an Undo and Pay-back Sentence in all other cases.
