CAN I please ask that the dog owner/owners who are allowing their pets to use the grass verges of Thief Lane as a toilet please have the common courtesy and decency to clean up after their pets?
Not only are the abandoned piles of dog faeces a health hazard and unsightly, this anti-social behaviour is inconsiderate to others, disgusting and illegal.
If people are not prepared to meet their obligations as dog owners, they should not have a dog as a pet.
