AT long last there is to be an overhaul of the council's housing allocation system (March 30). But why are just families mentioned?
Let us hope they spare a thought for our hardworking, single generation who don't stand a cat in hell's chance of having a place of their own.
They tend to be forgotten, just because they don't choose to work the system and gain access to the top of the list through their various lifestyles.
A change is long overdue, but will it be fair?
