It's a family affair for the Liberal Democrats.
First party leader Charles Kennedy celebrated becoming a father, now York's Liberal Democrat election candidate Andrew Waller has celebrated welcoming a new addition to the family fold.
Mr Waller took time out from campaigning to attend the christening of Jessica Waller, daughter of his cousins, Martin and Charlotte, all pictured. The happy event took place yesterday, at St Andrew's Church, in Bishopthorpe, York.
Mr Waller, pictured holding Jessica, said: "Election people joke all the time about kissing babies, and this time I really was!"
